Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of naur.ai and Ginseng Coverage Analysis and Ginseng Budgeting (together, "Ginseng"), provided by Naur Inc. ("Naur," "we," "us"). By visiting our website, requesting a demo, or using Ginseng, you agree to these Terms. ThriverDriver is operated at thriverdriver.com / thriverdriver.org under its own terms, since it serves patients directly rather than institutions.

Ginseng Coverage Analysis turns a clinical trial protocol into an audit-ready billing grid, grounded in guidelines such as NCD 310.1, NCCN, FDA labeling, MAC jurisdiction logic, eviCore, and Children's Oncology Group (COG) guidance. Ginseng Budgeting builds a trial budget from that coverage analysis output. Both are physician-developed tools that use AI selectively, as a force multiplier for your coverage analysts, PIs, and QAMs — not a replacement for their judgment. Your team reviews and owns every final determination Ginseng produces.

Ginseng Coverage Analysis and Ginseng Budgeting are free for institutional investigator-initiated trials (IITs), because we want to promote clinical research. Pricing for other use may apply and will be agreed with your institution directly.

If your institution uses Ginseng, access is granted on a role basis to your authorized PIs, quality-assurance managers, and coverage analysts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Ginseng or naur.ai for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates your institution's agreement with us.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you're not authorized to access.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Ginseng or its underlying rules engine without our written permission.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share with us.

Data your institution uploads or connects to Ginseng — protocols, chargemaster and CPT codes, and your institutional guidelines and risk tolerance configuration — remains your institution's data. We process it only to provide Ginseng's coverage analysis and budgeting output, never use it to train our software or any AI model, and delete it on your institution's schedule whenever asked. Ginseng's coverage analysis and budgeting output is generated to support, not replace, the judgment of your coverage analysts, PIs, and QAMs. Your institution remains responsible for reviewing and validating every determination before it's relied on for billing, compliance, or sponsor negotiation. Ginseng and naur.ai are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naur will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of naur.ai or Ginseng. Specific liability terms for institutions using Ginseng are set out in your institution's service agreement with us, which controls in case of any conflict with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of naur.ai or Ginseng after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
