Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Naur Inc. ("Naur," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit naur.ai, request a demo, or use Ginseng Coverage Analysis or Ginseng Budgeting ("Ginseng"). It does not cover ThriverDriver, which is operated at thriverdriver.com / thriverdriver.org and has its own privacy notice for patients and caregivers, since it collects health-related information under different terms.

Information you give us directly: when you request a demo, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect what you submit — typically your name, work email, role, institution, and what you're interested in (Ginseng Coverage Analysis, Ginseng Budgeting, ThriverDriver licensing, or a message you send us).

Protocol and institutional data processed within Ginseng: if your institution uses Ginseng, we process the protocol documents, chargemaster and CPT codes, and configuration (your institution's guidelines and risk tolerance) that your team uploads or connects, in order to generate coverage analyses and budgets. We act as a service provider to your institution for this data — we don't use it to train our software or any AI model, and we delete it on your institution's schedule, whenever asked.

Automatically collected information: with your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited. The analytics cookie only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookie is set. We also capture UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_content) already present in the page URL when you submit a form, so we can tell which campaign or QR code a lead came from.

• To respond to demo requests and pilot inquiries.
• To operate Ginseng Coverage Analysis and Ginseng Budgeting for the institutions that use them.
• To communicate with you about your request, our products, or account-related updates.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Protocol and institutional data processed within Ginseng is used only to generate your institution's coverage analyses and budgets. It is processed in a secure, contained environment, access is role-based (limited to your authorized PIs, QAMs, and coverage analysts), and your team reviews and owns every final determination. We never use it to train our software or any AI model.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate our website, email, and infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide their service.
• Your institution's authorized users, for data processed within Ginseng, based on the role-based access your institution configures.
• Legal and safety reasons, if required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Naur, our users, or others.

Protocol and institutional data processed within Ginseng is retained for as long as your institution's account is active, and deleted on your schedule whenever you ask. Demo and contact form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep a business record, and deleted on request.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing communications from us, at any time by emailing customer.success@naur.ai. If you're a patient or caregiver with questions about information you submitted to ThriverDriver, please use the privacy contact listed at thriverdriver.com.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process, including role-based access controls and a contained processing environment for Ginseng data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our website and demo-request forms are intended for healthcare professionals and institutional contacts, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through naur.ai.

Naur is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. If changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
