Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Our Commitment
Naur is committed to making naur.ai usable by everyone, including people with visual, motor, auditory, or cognitive disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
Built-In Accessibility Tools
An accessibility button, available on every page, lets you adjust the site to how you read and see:
- Text size — four levels, from 100% up to 150%.
- High contrast — stronger text and borders.
- Highlight links — underlines all links on the page.
- Readable font — a plain, evenly spaced typeface.
- Text spacing — more room between lines and words.
- Pause animations — turns off motion and transitions.
- Color-vision filters — adjustments for protanopia, deuteranopia, and tritanopia.
Your choices are saved on your device and applied automatically the next time you visit. A "Reset" option is always available to return to default settings.
Other Accessibility Measures
- A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
- Semantic landmarks and heading structure on every page.
- Visible keyboard focus states on interactive elements like buttons, links, and form fields.
- Alt text on meaningful images, and descriptive labels on icon-only buttons.
We test pages with automated tools (including axe-core) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks as we build.
Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter a page or feature that's difficult to use, we want to know so we can fix it.
Feedback and Contact
If you have trouble accessing any part of naur.ai, or have feedback on how we can do better, please email customer.success@naur.ai. Please include the page you were on and, if you can, the browser or assistive technology you were using — it helps us track down the issue faster. We aim to respond within two business days.
